1. What ZeroToFirst is
ZeroToFirst is a software subscription that gives you a personalized daily action plan and an AI mentor to help you build an online business. It is operated by Alexis Biancotto, a French micro-entreprise (SIRET 108 162 975 00016).
2. No guaranteed results
ZeroToFirst provides structure, guidance, and accountability — it does not, and cannot, guarantee any specific income or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, your market, and factors outside our control. Nothing on this site or generated by the AI Coach should be read as a promise of earnings.
3. Subscription, billing & cancellation
Paid plans ("Pro") are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again afterward. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, but reach out if you believe you were charged in error.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access other users' accounts or data, no reverse-engineering or abusing the AI Coach to generate harmful content, and no using ZeroToFirst for any illegal activity.
5. Limitation of liability
ZeroToFirst is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes to the service or these terms
We may update ZeroToFirst or these terms over time. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
