1. Who we are

ZeroToFirst is operated by Alexis Biancotto, a French micro-entreprise (SIRET 108 162 975 00016), based in France. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at biancottoalexis@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

When you create an account and use ZeroToFirst, we collect:

• Account information (name, email, profile picture) via our authentication provider, Clerk.
• The answers you give during onboarding and any content you submit to the AI Coach, used to generate your personalized roadmap, formations, and analysis.
• Billing information (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details).
• Basic product usage analytics (pages visited, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics, to understand how the product is used.

3. How we use it

Your data is used to run the product: generating your roadmap and AI Coach responses (via Anthropic's API), tracking your progress, managing your subscription, and improving ZeroToFirst. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run ZeroToFirst: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), Anthropic (AI generation), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

5. Your rights

You can update your profile at any time from Settings, cancel your subscription whenever you want, and request full deletion of your account and data (via the "Delete account" button in Settings, or by emailing us). If you're in the EU, you have the rights guaranteed by the GDPR, including access, correction, and erasure of your data.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
